Premier Motor Sport Returns & Warranty Policy
Warranty
Due to the fact that these products are sold to be raced and pushed beyond normal usage Premier Motor Sport are unable to offer a full warranty to cover all eventualities. Premier do agree to assess any defects that may arise and consult with the manufacturers and replace if found to be a manufacturers defect.
Premier Motor Sport will endeavour to maintain a full range of spares and offer technical support that in the event the product fails due to excessive use, customers can purchase the damaged component and return the product to a functional condition to race again.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped, you will be charged for return shipping (if necessary) and a 30% restocking fee.
Damage Policy
All of our vehicles pass a rigorous 16 point inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the motor powered vehicle has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged motor powered vehicle, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged motor powered vehicle.
Return Policy
We accept authorized returns on unused miniature motor powered vehicles for up to 30 days after you receive your motor powered vehicle. Unused means that the product has not be assembled, ridden or used in any way.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the returned motor powered vehicle for us to process your refund.
You are responsible for:
- All Gasoline must be drained from the unit. Carriers will not pickup units that have gasoline in them. You will be responsible for any charges that occur from shipping the unit with gasoline in it.
- Returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
- Paying all costs for return shipping. Since you are also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance on your return. If your motor powered vehicle is damaged in transit without shipping insurance, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
- Writing the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number clearly on top of the package. All packages arriving without a legible RMA number written on top of the package will be considered unauthorized and will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Please Note we will deduct cancellation charges and restocking administration fees accordingly
Returning a gift?
You'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at Premier Motor Sport . The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped.
Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at Our Store.com. This does not apply if the promotion has expired.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
contact our RETURNS DEPARTMENT and obtain a mailing label and RMA number.
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.
All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Please note that return mailing labels obtained from our online RETURNS DEPARTMENT are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our RETURNS DEPARTMENT and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
Lost Your Packing Slip?
Don't worry! If you ordered the item yourself, you can still return it via our online RETURNS DEPARTMENT. What if the item was given to you as a gift, and you don't have the packing slip or the order number? No problem. Enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the name and e-mail address of the person who purchased the gift, along with the reason for your return, and send the package to the appropriate address below:
